We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the location in a peaceful area with a stunning rose garden nearby, to the staff who were super friendly and professional. The hotel facilities were excellent and provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Additionally, transportation was easily accessible, and the parking was convenient. Finally, the breakfast was great and served with a lot of love.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The breakfast and the comfortable bed were the best aspects. The location was also convenient, close to a shopping center and some restaurants. The garden was beautiful, ideal for romantic moments.
The room was not cleaned properly, there were still hairs in the bathroom. the staff was not very friendly, they seemed bothered when we asked for recommendations or help with directions.

During my backpacking trip in South Africa, I found a beautiful jewel in a quiet and peaceful area. the location was in the best area in town surrounded by stunning rose gardens. the lavishly decorated and spacious rooms were well designed, spotless with adjoining en-suite bathrooms. the delicious breakfast every morning was an absolute treat to begin the day. the exclusive neighborhood had a shuttle into town available, ready to commute.
I did notice that there wasn't any mention of available amenities like a pool or fitness center.

Convenient location close to businesses and attractions. Spacious rooms with high-quality linens and well-maintained facilities. Friendly and helpful staff provide excellent care and service.
Limited TV channels and not much variety at breakfast. Room rates may be a bit high for some travelers.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities that catered to our every need. the outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by sun loungers, beach umbrellas and a beautiful garden area. the leisure/ TV room was perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the neighborhood.
The only minor issue we had was with the breakfast. While it was decent, we expected a more exceptional meal from a 5-star hotel.
